at beauty and cosmetic clinics tend to be for facial areas. They range from
hair removal, thread veins and acne, to non-surgical face lifts. The last thing that people tend to consider
is their body, and yet this can cause us the most concern in terms of
appearance. We all know that a healthy lifestyle
consists of a good diet, exercise and general well-being. However, there are
times in our life when we may have a change in weight, excess stress or find it
generally difficult to maintain our appearance.
In these instances, a small amount of assistance can greatly improve our
confidence and aid us in attaining and maintaining a healthier physique.
Body toning is a great way
of reducing cellulite, stretch marks and loose skin. It is best done in
conjunction with physical training and an improved diet, but can be started on
its own as a ‘kick start’ and is an excellent way to bolster our self-belief
that we can make steady, small changes, in order to have a great, sometimes
dramatic, affect on our physical appearance.
Body toning is frequently pain-free and can take from 15-40 minutes
depending on the size of the area to be treated. It is a treatment that is not adversely
affected by a tan and also has no limiting downtime. Treatments start from just £40 for a small
area and the effects are cumulative, hence you get a longer lasting improvement
with subsequent treatments. This means that you do not need to keep up the
appointments indefinitely. So don’t think you have to cover-up for confidence,
a new-improved you is not too far around the corner.
